What standard of product should I get (cylinders, locks, handle, hinges etc) ?
We will always give you options based on your requirements and your budget. For cylinders for example, we will always try and recommend the best 3 star top products with the highest security features but typically the higher the quality the steeper the cost so more standard level products will also be offered.
Do you fit key safes?
Yes
What payment method can I use?
Card, bank transfer, cheque or cash all excepted.
Do you repair aluminium windows and doors as well as UPVC?
Yes, due to our prior experience working in the manufacturing of aluminium doors and windows, it means we can carry out a wide variety of repair services on them.
Do you do auto locksmithing?
No, we specialise in domestic & commercial locksmithing and repair services.
How do I identify what door lock I have?
We can help you identify the lock if you give us call or send us a photo on WhatsApp or email. We can also visit the property to identify what lock you have too.
Do you fit doors and windows?
No, however we do all repairs and can change glass units if they are misty or blow which could save you from getting new windows fitted and saving a lot of money.
Do I need to maintain my locks?
Yes, ideally every 6-12 months it’s a good idea to apply the correct lubricant to the locking mechanism.
Should I change my locks when I get a new property?
Yes, you don’t know how many copies of your keys there may be. Getting new locks will ensure you are the only one with keys to your property.
